Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

Delivery time will be between 10 and 25 working days. The maximum period is 75 days.

If there are customs delays and the order is detained in Brazil, this period until release does not count as delivery time.

We take care to choose suppliers that, in addition to price and quality, also speed up shipping times.

After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the post office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers via email: atendimento@holoo.com.br

If we confirm that there is a problem in the logistics of your order, we will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after confirming your order.

If your order was made using the Boleto Bancário option, the time between payment and bank clearing can take up to 5 business days.

All orders are processed between 02 (one) and 05 (five) business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for any force majeure events such as strikes, pandemics or even for a large volume of orders from the Post Office, thus delaying the delivery of the product to the final destination.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can track the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for order tracking information to update on our website.

If you do not receive your order 30 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@holoo.com.br , providing your name and order number so that we can resolve your issue.
